CBD bath bombs are a great way to utilise CBD’s many benefits. Taking a bath with a CBD bath bomb or bath salts allows the natural oils to absorb through your skin and relax all parts of your body. As well as relieving tension around the body, bath bombs also help to soften skin, soothe sunburn, and rebalance the skin's natural moisture. Some modern bath bombs often contain cosmetic nasties. With a CBD bath bomb you can be comfortable that you are bathing in a natural product that is designed to restore the balance of the skin's natural moisture. Enjoy the relaxing experience of natural essential oils soothing your muscles alongside the powerful benefits of CBD.
What Is CBD?
CBD is the more commonly known name and abbreviation for cannabidiol, which is one of over 100 different cannabinoids found within the cannabis plant. Cannabidiol is often extracted from the hemp variety of the plant, as the hemp plant has large levels of CBD but small amounts of THC. This is particularly useful as CBD products must contain less than 0.2% THC in order to remain legal within the UK. THC is the psychoactive substance within cannabis which causers users to experience a high, but with such a small amount of THC and many products even containing zero THC, this is nowhere near enough in order to cause a high. Research into CBD is still in its early phases and so we make no medical claims about the health benefits that it can provide, but early research has been encouraging. How Do I Use CBD Bath Bombs?

When deciding on which type of CBD bath bomb to buy you'll be faced with three types of CBD. Broad spectrum, full spectrum and CBD isolate. This means that they may contain up to 0.2% of the THC cannabinoid. As they contain the full spectrum of cannabinoids, it is often claimed that full spectrum products can provide an entourage effect, whereby the CBD and other cannabinoids such as THC work together to provide a greater effect than they would have individually. Broad spectrum CBD products contain only a broad spectrum of cannabinoids, meaning they have the THC completely removed during the extraction process but still contain some other cannabinoids. These are helpful for people who want to avoid THC. Lastly, CBD isolate products contain only the CBD cannabinoid and no other cannabinoids or terpenes from the hemp plant. If you want pure 99% CBD then these products are best for you.Can I Use CBD Bath Bombs For Anxiety?
