How to Use: Sublingually (under the tongue) where it can pass directly into the bloodstream.
Dosage: A full dropper will dispense approximately 1ml (20 drop) of oil which provides 250mg of CBD. Ten drops, or 0.5ml, deliver 125mg of CBD and 1 drop delivers 12.5mg. A good rule of thumb is to take 0.5mg for every 1kg of body weight. Begin by taking 1 drop (12.5 mg CBD) and increase by 1 drop at a time until the optimum dose is reached. We recommend customers keep a detailed journal of their progress.
